DISORDER has a bold anarchic spirit to it with the dark comic tones found in Ben Wheatley’s  SIGHTSEERS and Bruce Robinson’s WITHNAIL AND I.   ME AND EARL AND THE DYING GIRL  and  GREY GARDENS, the Maysles’ classic documentary about a reclusive mother and daughter, are  influences too.    Having trained as an actress, Rachel Tillotson has experience developing work collaboratively with comedians, such as Olivia Poulet.  In the 90’s, Reece Shearsmith (LEAGUE OF GENTLEMEN) cast her in the absurdist Ionesco play ‘The Lesson’, which he directed.  She has strong experience of directing with a range of comedy  tones and currently has Jessica Hynes interested in an idea of hers SOMEWHERE OUT THERE.  Rachel directed offbeat comedy pilot with Bill Bailey and Sean Lock for Hatrick Productions (See Pilot tab). Her comedy FUEL can be found on the Fuel Tab. This was commissioned Robin Gutch (HUNGER) at Film4.
